where to put my landing net?

I store mine in an 12" piece of PVC pipe that i have mounted along the rear compartment (battery storage, live well, etc). I put it in the center in line with the motor so if you're trolling it is not in the way.

I use the pvc as well. Actually mine is the gray plastic electrical conduit. I usually have two nets in the boat. I mounted two peices next to eachother on the transom for traveling. Then I put in a piece by the passenger seat and one in the front on the front side of the council to keep them in while fishing. It works fine for me. Put a little thought in to where you would like to have the nets in your boat and go to town. You can never have to many.

EBass,
Just because your little fish fall through the holes in the net doesn't mean everyone elses fish do....D'OH! j/k

Good info, I am looking at mounting a net holder myself.

I bought a net holder at fleet farm which has two places for needlenose pliers on each side and net holder in the middle and mounted it to the side of my console, it's always out of the way but the water from it blows in my face, but that is a good sign! I think it was about $10.00

I also use the pvc pipe net holder.
Around 12"s works fine. I mounted mine in the back left hand corner of the splashwell.
It is out of the way there and no fish tasting water in your face when you are moving.
