Ice out in your area lakes?

We in the Brainerd area still have a couple ft of ice on most area lakes. With the warm weather and rain it could go pretty quick but im guessing that it will not go out for a good month yet.

Fished for about 15 min. on a completely open lake/pond here in the cities. Don't know why it is open already, the lake 30 yards away from it is still frozen. Didn't catch anything, but there must have been thousands of dead carp on teh shorelines.

Just got home from New Ulm a few hours ago. Came straight north on Hwy. 15 and everything that I could see from the road south of Hutchinson was open. Pigeon lake just south of Dassel had some flow ice on the NW end. From there to Kimball things started to be alittle more closed up. By the time I got home in Cambridge they were still covered but looking pretty black.

Cannon, Wells, Sakata are pretty much open. Saw a boat launched on Wells! Tetonka looks like it'll be open in a few days, especially with the wind and some rain.

Also saw a ton of dead carp and crappies in Morristown below the dam.
