CWD near Ashland

I wonder how much it'll cost to clean up this farm that the CWD was found on.

Outdoor News has an article on their HSOforum, saying the state paid over a million dollars to wipe out the elk farm down near Rochester a year ago. That's on top of whatever the farm/company paid.

Time to ban all those "high fence" hunting preserves. Deer hunting is just too large an industry in this area to take any more chances with these pay-to-hunt operations.

What about all the deer p we throw out by our stands?

Doesn't that come from those operations?

Sure it does, it says 100% deer p on the stuff I buy.

It comes with a warning label telling you not apply to yourself, and not to smell it.

I've had deer come right to it and stick their nose in it, paw the ground and then..more deer come to it.

good stuff attracts lots of deer.

...What about all the deer p we throw out by our stands?...

I just realized what you are talking about this summer. This is the first year in a while I haven't used any. I guess you could call it a self imposed ban. Hopefully the p doesn't carry the disease with it, but I feel better about not being the one to be possibly potentially spreading any disease.
