reinhard1
what your thinkin sounds good to me. butter lemon and fresh herbs. i like lemon pepper as a seasoning also. on the grill i do fish on inderect heat and it works fine. just make sure you spray some pam on the foil. butter is a key as far as baking in the oven or grill. good luck. GRH
lay the fillets in a pan than cover with parmasion cheese. Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes then put under broiler to brown cheese. easy and tastes great

DonBo
I just use the store bought Shore Lunch breading mix. It's really easy and surprisingly good. Serve with some lemon wedges and you've got a great meal.

BobT
Try this. We did this last year at our annual Canadian fishing outing and it turned out pretty darn good.Slice onion on the bottom of a baking dish. You can add a little butter with the onion. Lay your fillets on top of the onion then add some Catalina dressing. If you have more fish, layer on more onion, fish, and dressing. Bake at 350 degrees until flaky.
