heavyduty
try penzeys spice in Apple Valley off Cedar and south of Cty Rd 42 south about 1.5 mile on the west side of Cedar, in a strip mall. they also have a web site with jalapeno flakes. hoggs222
If you have a dehydrator, cut the jalapenos and remove seeds and membranes. Dehydrate them and grind them in a small processor.I made a mean mix of chili powder, using habanero, super chili, hot banana, serrano and jalapenos.
