For the last one, Olympus E-620 DSLR, 100ISO, F22, 2.5sec, 18mm.

I was going to bring my Neutral Density filter but forgot to bring it, lucky for me, I didn't need it. The polarizer filter probably helped a little bit though.

What causes the creamy water is the 2.5 second exposure, the longer the exposure the more smooth water becomes. Of course I also used a tripod.
