2nd marriages

Yup, usually guys (especially fishermen) are boasting about how big it was. On this thread everyone is bragging about how small theirs is....we're talking about weddings of course!

I've always understood second marriages to be cheap, quick, and easy unless one of the people is getting married for the first time. My advice is to do something meaningful to you. The families already got their fun the firs time around.

Second time????? I am currentlty happily married but I for the life of me could never see myself committing my free time to another person if I became single again. Don't get me wrong if you find the right person again and you feel the need to go through the hoopla so be it but for me if I was single I would not get married again......something about having the ability to do what you want, when you want, without answering to anybody that appeals to me. I am thinking Sleeper shack on LOW or house boat on Rainy,Best man and Maid of honor show up for wedding,then go to the hotel rooms you got for them,local justice does his thing and leaves.All done while you have lines soaking!!

Or I agree with fishgutz,except a stop at the court house on your way to upgrade the boat!!

this mentality allows you to find a good person the second time. I wasnt looking to get married a second time and layed out my ways on the second date to my wife and things are working fine.

I cant see getting married again either. Marriage is a lot like hemmorhoids, its funny until it happens to you then its not funny anymore. Just tell her you talked on the computer to a bunch of people who fish but you never actually met and they said you should break up with her. I`m sure shes a nice person who will understand.

My nephew does a small side business in grilling whole hogs for people. He does a ton of small backyard wedding parties and a lot of them are second time arounders.
