A good signing. I've heard some experts say we overpaid, but how else are we supposed to get free agents here.... we have to overpay a bit to get them here.... get rid of sessions and this deal is a slam dunk in my opinion.

Isnt there a league minimum that each team has to spend? If we dump a few big contracts, we need to resign some.

He's a solid point, with a good outside shot - something they desperately needed, especially in the system they are. (See Fisher, Paxson, Kerr) It doesn't hurt to have a Vet at the point with all these young guys on the roster either.

I never have a problem with picking up a solid, veteran point guard. You can never have enough good points.

Kahn has said in the past he'll probably have to over-pay some guys just to get them signed. This trend will continue until the Wolves become legitimate.

Anybody else watching Cousins tear it up in summer league? Would Sacramento trade Cousins for Darko and Johnson?

Scott.... now why did you have to go and ruin my day??? I just want to live in never, never land and pretend Cousins doesn't exist. He could be a BEAST, but he won't be able to physically dominate in the League like he is in summer... at least I hope so...

Cousins has had some good games, but he's taken and missed a lot of shots. I think he was 1/12 last night or the day before. He's fouled out of a couple games which is bad considering you get 10 fouls. He's also turned the ball over a ton.

He has been rebounding like a beast, I'll give him that. But 33% FG for a seven footer in summer league is not impressive. I'm not saying he won't be great but people are giving him a bit too much credit so far.

And that doesn't even start to mention the head case that he is.....they said that Cousins was jaw jacking with another center and then was getting mad at the officials and then pouted when he was being coached on the sidelines!!! He had 3 good games then went like 5 or 9 for 45 in the next 3 games!!!!! I am not to disapointed on skipping a head case like Cousins yet.....
