fishhuntwork
It all depends where the stroke was and what type it was. Hemmoragic or a clot. Many people have strokes an have 0 deficcets at all but of coarse there are one that only very limited use of ther functions.
pinkfloyd4ever
right, if he was in port and the stroke was related to a clot and he got clot busting drugs he could return to his pre stroke status. caseymcq
That's tough. Hopefully Phil makes a full recovery. It seems like those guys who are sedentary for hours on end are susceptible to those nasty clots. Alex Debogorski from Ice Road Truckers got one in season two of that show. I am guessing being in those lines of work and the associated lifestyle that may not lend itself to healthy habbits adds to the risk. leech~~
Just read that Phil Harris died. You were a good Skipper. Rest in Peace Phil. That is very sad to hear! I wonder if his sons will go on crabbing without him?
Ryan_V
Phil has a partner in the boat, so I'm sure the F/V Cornelia Marie will continue crabbing!! Sad to hear, rest in peace Phil!! You'll be missed. Wonder how the show will air this season now.
