New Nils

40:1 which is what jiffy recommends for a synthetic mixture. I don't really get the low blows at jiffy. Strikemaster and jiffy used the same powerheads as far as I know. 80:1 or 100:1 may be ok for you, but I plan to keep my jiffy for the next 20 years so I'll run their 40:1 synthetic blend. Congrats btw on the new nils, from what I hear it will only get better and faster during break in.

I dont think it was the Amzoil mixture, I think Jiffy was placing blame so not to admit grin

I like to play on the safe side and mix at 80 to 1

pull the spark plug out and see what it looks like.. that will show you its to lean when its white

Been running my Jiffy at the 100-1 ratio with amsoil for over ten years and I drill more holes than your average guy in all those years never had a seizure yet . My Nils is at the same ratio and going into the 4th year drilling and no seizure either .

To the lad who just got the new Nils . congrats and like mentioned before you will be forever surrounded with holes .lol
