I will have an open seat in my double spear house for anyone who wants to sit in at the Get to Gator.

It is a 2 hole house so you will have your own seat, decoys and hole.

I can provide an extra spear, decoys, and everything else you will need to enjoy a day of spearing.

I need to know for sure by Friday morning at 6 AM if the seat will be filled. If not I will take my other house out there.

If I take the wheeler the Honda will work fine all day. laugh

I will have to check out the ice on Friday.

I was ready to try out the wheeler on my lake today.

So I thought I better punch a few holes to be sure.

Ice thickness varied between 6~8 inches so I was ready to go.

Walking back I checked one more spot and it was about 2.5 to 3 inches.

I didn't take the wheeler out.

I am not a beginner spearer but I would not mind going if the seat is open just to see how another person does it. I typically spear by myself and just kinda learned as I went. It might be fun to see another style. Let me know if you still have the opening once you get it figured out.

I have an 8' X 8' Northlander with 2 holes.

I keep trying to decide if I want to open the holes up.

I have just decided that I will.

There will be plenty of room for several in there and I will bring my other house out too.

Others may have room in their houses too?

Really wish I could join you guys on this but I have to work, it seems like these days you have to work if its available, good luck, stay safe and have fun guys..

I know what you mean MF I havent even hardly got the tines on my spear wet this year.
