That first drive was a fumble by the Packers. It was not forward progress, the running back was still moving forward. LOL. That should have been a defensive TD. So, at minimum the score should be 24-3 at the half.

the vikes get the short end of the stick like 80% of the time when it comes down to the officials....we rarely get a call in our favor....but really thats the only way the NFL can keep it a game when you play us WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Seriously though, we as fans are tough on officials. We have the luxury of seeing replays at slower speeds and better angles. Real time from down on the field is on a diff planet in a new universe...

I do think that was an early whistle for forward progress. DC is absolutely right, and I think the refs are letting the play finish a bit better as the game has gone on.

Same thing can be said in any of the pro sports right now. Technology allows us to sit on our couch and call the game. Of course we can see it all in slow motion.

You know it was bogus....

Over half of those types of calls in the league in regards to QB protection are bogus.....except when defensive players roll into the legs of QB's, ala Jerad Allen.

They need to stop blowing the whistle and throwing the flags on emotion.

Heck even with replay they still make the wrong calls.
