Less then 15hrs to go till I'm in my stand. Time to load the truck and wish the big one comes by first thing so I can fish this fall for the first time in about 4 years.

I cant wait I have been waking up at 5:30 the past fews days thinkin about it. Finnally today I'm able to set out all my cloths and gear and really go out tommarow morning

15 hours? Feels like 15 days! This is my first year bow hunting and the trails are hot! Like a kid on Christmas ever, not going to be able to sleep tonight!

Well it was an uneventful weekend with two does on Saturday morning with a very large doe that was calling for her doe-fawn. I thought it was a buck as she was grunting very load and aggresively. Then sat in second spot in the evening only saw two more does and about 500 wood ducks buzzing me at tree top height and the geese were moving pretty good. One thing that I did get out of this weekend is even more confidence with my scentlok clothes had the two does down wind of me (sweety) not more than 20 yards and never even new I was there.
