What is your favorite non-chain wing joint. Cant seem to get enough of them and like to try different places and sauces. Mine would be the Fishtale in New Prague or Big Ten in Owatonna.

B&B Wings at the St. Louis Park Tavern are awesome!! Hands down my favorite.

Runner up is Maxwells on Washington in Dinkeytown.

Runyan's on Washington in downtown mpls. has the best wings around. Might have the best blue cheese dressing also.

Just had some at Mettlers in Mankato spicey and the good scenery is a bonus.

The Monte Carlo in Mpls. I have only had them once on a recomendation and they were excellent. I believe they use 5 spice in the coating which brings me back to the late 70's when a older gentleman used to go around to the bars in mpls. and sell 3 wings in a foil pouch with a napkin stapled to the outside for $1.00. Man were they good. Anyone else remember this guy? Always saw him at the blues places like, bunkers, caboose, 400 bar, five corners etc.
