Hey guys, im the noobie of the forum, im from North Central Iowa, Mason City to be exact. Ive been ice fishing for 2 years now, and i just picked up an Eskimo QuickFlip II Ice shelter from a rummage sale for 100 dollars last Sat. Its an older green model with the bench seat etc.

Hope to share many fishing stories with everyone on here. Heres a couple pictures of some catfish ive cought the last 2 years to tide ya all over until ice over!

Im also an avid waterfowl, turkey and deer hunter!

Dont mind the ugly guy in the pictures smile

Welcome,

I am just up the road from you in Northwood and fish mostly south central Minnesota in theMadison Lake Waterville area. We have monthly get togethers and have a blast so check out those forums. If there is a GTG that interests you chances are I might be going also and we can share a ride up. The only thing you need to make sure to have now is a Vexilar, I will explain later if we get a chance to fish together.

Oh yeah Saturday September 26th is our Shell Rock Ducks Unlimited Chpater banquet in Rock Falls. Let me know if you need tickets. Also there is free beer.

Welcome! You will find the folks here are a GREAT source of information. The get togethers are are a good time from what i read.( just haven't been able to go to any! cry) Looking forward to your input in the forums.
