While keeping an eye out for a Cerulean Warbler that I spotted,I watched her gather nesting material until I had to attempt a shot. I had to bolt on the flash as she was in a very dark ditch. I did see where she's building the nest,so I'm hoping to get my first ever baby hummer pics.

This was handheld,430 EXII flash,ISO 800,1/400th,F 3.5,-2/3 exp. comp,-2 1/3 flash comp.

Thanks all. No X, I keep forgetting to order one of those. I rarely use my flash outside,but it looks like it's nearly mandatory in some situations-such as this one. Do they help alot?
