Deitz Dittrich
I'm sure Cecil will chime in soon. I talked to him on the phone last night. Probably taking his computer a long time to download those hog basses.. If I remember right, he said he had 27+lbs for the 6 fish.. Yikes.. Cecil
I'm here, just have to get time to post pics on a busy Monday. I think we had 6 for 27.25 big fish was 6.02. 2nd and 3rd had around 12.5 pounds, sounds like bite was a little tough, we just got on em early. Deitz Dittrich
Ok now Cecil.. Now do tell how you managed to pound that stack of fish.
Cecil
Every good fish we caught (over 3 pounds) was towards the edge of the foil. Only a couple were on the actual edge, but they were about 5-10' into the weeds. There was a thick edge on the foil and then it tapered down to the actual edge, they seemed to be cruising that thinner area. Bait of choice was a prototype Oukast craw tube in black blue. Pegged 1/2 oz sinker and 50lb braid.
