whisker biscuits

Undisputable fact. A whisker Biscuit will slow your arrow from 3 to 9 feet per second. The chances of not getting a kill due to this loss is small. The chances of you botching a kill because your arrow fell off the rest during the excitement of the hunt however..........

My friend has one and he likes it, I went with the Trophy Taker fallaway rest and have never had a arrow fall of it. If you are looking for rests I would look into one of these. I personally don't like the idea of the friction caused by the biskit, but like I said, my buddy likes his.

I have heard of guys putting a little extra glue on the very front of the fletch to keep the fletch from snagging on the rest. My brother-in-law has one and likes it. It would be nice having something that the arrow cannot fall off of...but my bow is shooting so good with my Bodoodle that I won't switch.

i wont go to anything else as of right now, or maybe for a LLLOOOOOOOONNNNGGGGGGG time, i love my biscut. its may slow the arrow, but like one other post said. is it better to lose a few fps or your arrow fall off your rest? i also have had no problem loosing fletchings on mine. the nice thing i they arent that loud. i heard louder rests, but ive hear quieter

Love my biscuit. Had it 3 seasons now with an 8 pt., 9 pt., and 10 pt. to show at ranges from 12 to 35 yards. The advice about an extra drop of fletching glue ahead of the vanes is the key to not peeling off your vanes. I'll never go back to old fashoned mechanical rests.

I like my whisker biscuit as well. This year I changed to the drop in biscuit. I did have a problem with the fletching but had them redone and moved just a bit further back on the arrow and now it is just fine.
