? Rattl' n flyer spoons?

just had a few questions on rattl' n flyers and how they work for crappies. any tips on how to present them to fish and what bait works good with them for crappie\panfish.

Haven't tried them on crappies yet, but had good luck in SD with them on Walleyes.

I have never used the flyer spoons, but I have had success on crappies with buckshots, so I don't see why they wouldn't work.

I used them on LOW last weekend and they worked good for walleye. Let us know how they work for crappies.

My go to is the red one. For me it works great on crappies. Usually just put a minnow head on mine. Large movements and hold to draw them in, then smaller movements and hold to get the bite.

I've never caught any cropys with them but i dont fish for them very often and when I have I've used other lures. They work pretty good for walys though and it worked pretty good for me yesterday.(see victoria contest in metro).

They are a great lure.. I suggest you find some clear water, and do a little sight fishing... You can get the lure to do some pretty cool thing by how far you let it drop and if you let it drop on semi taught line and such.. You can then learn what you can do when you cant see your lure in deeper water to entice the fish.

I tail hook a minnow and just let them swim around and have good success with them

Red one is my starting lure on my jigging rod for both URL and LOW. Last year I caught crappies and walleyes on URL with it and never took it off and it caught walleyes, saugers and perch on LOW.

Now I've got a perch version just waiting to get "broken in" in about 10 days and counting!

I fish it with a minnow head only.

They work great for crappies. This is my new go to lure. Usually a minnow head and perch color is my start but I switch around till I find what works. Infact this is my new fav lure for all species.

used them off and on with a littlensucess. the last time out was using a gold imposter spoon, worked pretty good.
