LOL Im glad I wasnt the only one watching it last night! That movie cracks me up every time.

I got recruited as an extra in the movie. In the ice fishing scenes we had the directer running scared. He thought we were crazy. He was right. Walter Mathou would rag on me between takes about my beard. And he knew the punchline to my dirtiest joke. Fun guy.

Just got done watching it on TCM also. Its one of those movies that you just can't flip past.

I watch both of the grumpy old men movies every time I go to my fish house. I just had my cousin from AZ up for 3 days on mille lacs and he loved those movies!!
