Frying Oil?

Peanut hands down, it won't breakdown as fast as the others, last time I orderd mine through a friend that has a restaurant and it was labeled heavy duty and this stuff is the schmidt!!!

One thing to remember is not to ever get the oil too hot or it will burn and breakdown and your fish or turkey will taste like [PoorWordUsage].

Put Cheesecloth inside of a large strainer/colander. It will trap the small chunks and residue.

You can keep the oil in the fridge for probably two-to-three weeks max before it starts to taste old. And "old tasting" is a matter of personal taste, frankly. I wouldn't use it more than 2x's personally.
