Never too cold for the weber

Recommended Posts

We had a lunch meeting at work today so I broke out the grill and cooked beef tenderloins. This was 3 loins tied together to make one roast (13.25lbs total). It was around -10 or so and took 1 hour and 45 minutes to cook. It made for some happy co-workers.

glad your company is doing well. many are not these days, i remember when we used to smoke 2 or 3 turkeys a year. now we save the food for our families. i just hope you are not in a manufacting facility, where the production people did not get to enjoy. that is what usually happens where i work. times are getting tough out there

The company I work for is located in Seattle. We do the hardware design for them in MN. I design the printed circuit boards for them. There is 18 of us and one contractor here and all 19 were invited to eat and they all showed up. It cost the company less than $7 per person for this lunch. You couldn't order pizza for less. We do this about 12 times a year where the company pays. We do it another 20 times or so where we all chip in. As my boss says it is great for morale and a good way to communicate. We actually talk shop while eating. The company is doing good for now and for that I'm grateful.
