1.) DC 10 Very versatile

2.) Now I love the double 13's. Introduced to them by a guide and had great success.

3.) Mag low rider

4.) Mag Dawg

5.) Creeper baits. I know some guys just can't fish that slow, but they are a fun bait.

I wish we could have more than 5, but these are probably the 5 that get thrown the most by me.

That'd be my list as well.

1) Double 10 because they catch fish everywhere all the time.

2) Wade's Wobbler/Suick becuase they are proven fish catchers and I can work them in the weeds. Also they seem to make fish appear when nothing else will.

3) Baby Wabull becuase I can make it dance like a stripper after a dollar.

4) Weagle Baby!!!! A great search and throw back bait. Mostly though because I LOVE to fish it.

5) Big Game Twitcher or Jake or Grandma for trolling and twitching.

6) Nickel Blade w/ Black Tail Harasser Bucktail w/ Willow Blade. When I need to cover water this is a great bait (and cheap too). I throw it out and crank it in with my 6600C4 just as fast as I possibly can. Always seem to see fish doing this.

Cjac, you've got Weagle on the brain so much you missed the references to the other WTD baits listed prior to your post! It's a decent bait, but contrary to your experience, and we've talked to several who've experienced the same as we have, the Weagle does not seem to be made very consistently. Some of you really like it, but we find that on other than fairly calm water she digs too much. There are several others that work better, imo. If we want to fish under water instead of on top, we'll use a glide jerkbait smile

Just ordered 3 more weagles... Baldy has couple custom made ones... 2 8" and 1 10"... Need more of those!!!

Propster... Weagles forces you to work them very slowly... they're not a searching WTD lure like Jackpot or others... I had the same problem you are describing because I was working it too fast... but once I slowed it down... it worked beautifully... You'll get the hang of it... and I've heard that Weagles works better with longer rods... It worked beautifully with my 9'0 MH...

Well we obviously need to get out and fish then...we would only need one tackle box!!
