GoneFish'n71
any muskies, I have never speared a lake with muskies and not sure if I could tell the differencealso I was looking at the map on lakefinder. looks like only one public access, then take a left and drive the lenght of the lake to the edge of the weeds?
samtroy
I dont think theirs any muskies. Theres weed beds at both end of the lake. And it drops off fast. I have a 4x8 house and the back of the house is in 5' with weeds and my spear holes in 15'. Ive seen a few sunfish and about 10 trout. Just not much for pike. bassNspear
i have had luck on the north end, and also on the south west end.
bassNspear
the thing you have to remember about this lake is that the weed lines come out sooooooooo far, and if you want to get out on the weed line, your going to be in 12-15 fow. GoneFish'n71
are the weeds submergerd so you can spear above them, or do they come up to the top?
bassNspear
all depends on where you are on the lake. The best is to put a camera down the hole to see what the weeds are doing. I try to get out on the edge, or if the weeds go out to far, then i try to find a pocket so i am not on top of the weeds.

bassNspear
I hope the weather is a bit warmer out. The nice thing with going to this lake, is that you are out of the wind better then most lakes becuase is down in a low spot.
