where are the deer?

Anyone been out lately, I was out a few times last weekend and have been watching for deer it seems like they have shut down for a while not much movement around the south metro.

this seems to be a popular topic right now, i was out saturday and saw a number of deer more then the week before, the person with me saw a few small bucks as well. There out there just gotta wait

Glassed last night, had been seeing only a few but saw close to 20 last night. That's an improvement but still not the numbers we are used to.

Lotta corn out.. theres a lot of wildlife in the corn right now

I was out on Monday night and saw 3 bucks. The last one was a bruiser but I couldn't make out how big his rack was due to the lack of light and distance. The first two were 1.5 year old bucks but the last one was definitely a mature older deer.

All 3 bucks seems to be out on the prowl checking out where the does are. Of couse I was in a management area and no does came by.

It was warm last weekend and I only went out once. All I saw my 3 legged buck that I posted on the trail cam pics earlier. I think a little cooler weather will give us a little more daytime movement.

Saw two small bucks last night. It was good just to see them again. I have seen very little deer lately. The corn down here is absolutely killing me and its not getting picked until next week.

Deer sightings are next to nothing for me as well.

Over MEA we hunted 4 days. I saw deer on one sit. Shot a doe though, so not all bad.

Havent seen an antler yet this year either. Soon, very soon.

you guys are all looking in the wrong place. they are on the roads. My wife says I don't need a new gun, it looks like people just use their cars here.
