Pistol Pete
Scent lock clothing, do you use it?? Would you buy it again? Base layers or jackets and pants?
Flatcoats
ive got the jumpsuit kind. just couldnt justify spending another 50ish just to have seperate pants and top. plus, theoretically it should be more scent containing since theres one less place for it to escape. I like it. Dont know how many more deer ive seen because of it, but it does help you keep on the ball about scent control and prevention.

Walleye Guy
Last year on opening day of bow season I had 4 bucks walk into the wind from 400 yards away. They walked right under my stand at 5 yards. Two 2.5 year old 9 pointers and a fork and a five. They walked right under my stand and never winded me. I take many precautions to make sure I am as scent free as possible including my scent look suit. I don't know if the scentlok suit was the key to the circumstances or not. It certainly didn't hurt. Regardless I was impressed that 4 bucks would walk by at that distance without smelling me. Id buy it again in a heartbeat.i realize there are lawsits happening. However I am sold. bottom-bouncer
I think that it works very well. My only problem with it is that I get way to hot in it..just sitting in my stand not walking just sitting there feels like a sauna..but I have had a number of deer aproach from down wind. 96trigger
I use it and love it, never buy it preseason, always post season, its much cheaper. I have a hard time playing the wind because the deer can come from well, just about anywhere. Also, in the bluffs, the wind likes to swirl and there are updrafts and downdrafts. Its very hard to play the wind, I am very cautious about scent. Since starting to use it, I have not been busted by smell. However, I also have a pretty strict scent regimen including showering with scent free soap before every hunt.
Tippman
I exclusively use Scent Lok while bowhunting as I've had very good luck with it. I've definately noticed a difference since I began wearing it. People have to remember though you can't just wear a Scent Lok jacket and pants expecting the deer to not smell you. Head/face, neck, hands, and feet all emit scent and you have to take care of all areas to ultimately keep your scent to a minimum.
TrophyEyes
I have used Scent Lok for 5 years now and love it. I am actually going to replace mine this year. Not because it doesn't still work, but the technology is much better now. I have the Savahna suit and I think I am going to get one of the fleece options. I don't have scent lok blaze orange or heavy jackets, but I do wear my Savahna suit underneith my heavy bibs and jacket and it seems to work very well. I touched a spike with my barrel 4 years ago. Thats how close he was. Ever sense that I have been a firm believer that it works.
bottom-bouncer
you also have to shave your entire body all of it every inch if you really want elimanate scent you lose on average of 100 hair strands every hour also hair holds more scent than any other part of your body
