How to set "preferences"

Can anybody tell me how to get to the place where I can set my preferences on this page?

Once your logged in, at the top of the forum click on My Stuff and you'll see My Preferences.

Yes, these pop ups or what ever they're called are very irritating.

Any body esle see weird things with the forum this morning?

They did a software upgrade last night, it appears there may be a few bugs in the system

They're not bugs, they are features. If they are irritating to you they can be turned off in your preferences.

They were bugs at one time, I'd click on a topic and it would bring me to almost a blank screen. Looks like it's working now though.
