I don't know what it's like up north,but around here life is starting up again.

Some of these may look a little weird-I was just trying new stuff with the new lens.

Hey MM,

What are those funny shaped flat things, typically green (some reddish), that seem to be protruding from all of the branches down there. It seems to me, I may have seen similar things at some point attached to twigs and trees up here in northern MN. But it seems that was a part of some long forgotten memory. I went inspecting the branches and trees today and could find none with a similar condition or malady.
