budiva
These seem to be showing up everywhere T.V. magazines, and store shelves. Do they work? There seems to be dozens of different styles/body types. I was going to buy a couple to throw at big pike this year which ones would you recommend?thanks
Neighbor_guy
I think if you tipped it with a larger trailer such as a paddle tail or a great big grub they should work anywere you would use a spinner bait or swim a jig.
Craig Plummer
I absolutely love them....almost more that a spinner bait
Fishing_High
Hey I love chatterbaits. I mostly use them at my friends cabin that is a bass and pike lake no walleyes. I would say I catch more bass on them but I have produced great numbers of pike with some nice ones in the 32-34 inch range. I love to throw them with trailers that have two legs preferably double twister tail grubs. I like to use chatterbaits when I am fishing deeper water( seem to sink and stay down better) when I am fishing weeds or burning it I like to use the Booyah Boogy bait because it seems to rise faster when you reel. Go pick a couple up and try them out they are a great great multie species lure. I still prefer the single Colorado blade spinner bait for just pike but the chatter will get you into pike as well. Good Luck
jwhjr
I've given up trying to get bass on them, I can't keep the northern off of them...

cjac
Funny, I was just going to ask the "what kind" question too. I have a couple of the MI baits, haven't used them much, one night a fishing partner had one on the MI chatterbait and lost it as I dropped 1/2 the net in the lake...... Fishing_High
I use the Regular Chatterbaits that say chatterbait right on and I use Booyah's Boogy Bait which is basically the same thing. I thing the Booyah one looks better but Can't fish it deep as good as the regular chatter.

Fishing_High
I could almost see you being able to get in to some walleyes night fishing with it. I love to use them night fishing for bass there is so much vibration that thing gives out.
