Steve Foss Posted April 12, 2008 Share Posted April 12, 2008 Thanks for sharing those, BB.When we lived in Superior and worked in downtown Duluth, my wife and I would meet and drive over to the parking lot at the Lester River for lunch pretty often.One November day we pulled into the lot above the lake to watch a nor'easter pound the shore, and the next wave came all the way up into the parking lot and hit the front tires of our vehicle.We backed up.The power of that lake is nothing to underrate.
