Fishing was slow. I think it was the combination of a front going through the previous day and several inches of fresh snow on the ice must've shut fishing down a little. We didn't get skunked but activity was slow.

We're getting some snow here today in Carlton. Good ole lake effect has given us at least 2 inches. Doesn't look too spring-y out there!

Not me, my lunch was a bologna sandwich and dinner was a bowl of beef stew.

PS the reason for just the beef stew....had to get back out on the lake to see if there are any fish left in it. Gave the auger and the popo a good workout. Someone should have told me that when I bought this lot that the fish were all gone.
