Check out their HSOforum (listed in the first post). Almost everything was a Northern Pike.

Interesting... only three fish that placed were not northerns. That is a lot of snakes.

That and I heard there were two hundred peeps in line in the first 10 minutes with fish. Wow, and I couldn't buy a bite!!

It was a very succesful event, and we thank you all for your participation and kind words. We learned a lot this year, and will use what we learned moving forward to make an even better event next year! Sandmannd...I couldn't believe the line at about 12:15. It was indeed quite long. Lots of 4 to 5 inch crappies...! We had good success returning the great majority of the fish to the water. Those we weren't able to revive will go to The Raptor Center to feed some birds of prey... Thanks again, and we'll see you next year!!

This is true, My buddy I was with caught a Crappie at 12:02 went to weigh it and didnt return until 12:45. I also caught one about a half-hour after he did that was smaller than his so I just figured it was pointless to even waste my time weighing it and after looking at the standings, I obviously made the right choice to keep fishing lol!
