we are in southeast mil lacs and just north of cove bay and we went out and barely caught anything is there a certain colr jig or special bait

Might have better luck posting this in the Mille Lacs forum. It dont seem to matter what you use fishing on Mille Lacs is pretty bad this winter. I was going to fish it today while my wife went to the casino but after reading the forums I went to Gull for the extravaganza instead.

its sucked today 4 perch between four of us in 8 hours! plenty of lookers. at least aftershock and jagermeister kept me busy all evening n night and some more drinks at wharf fisherman!

i was on mille lacs from last night to this afternoon.i was between (i think its called) big point and hunters point. no action at all! not one walleye, i got desperate and downsized and caught 2 little perch..like 5 inches.

I was in my house on mille lacs from thursday night to sunday morning. 5 jumbos in the bucket. lots and lots of small perch, a few nice walleyes that looked but couldn't get them to take anyting I had in my tackle box.... the problem is the forage basin is too high, way to many small perch to keep the eyes fed and fat!!
