I thought this guy deserved his own thread!

There is a 22 acre wooded park behind my house that has lots of birds and squirrels and this guy has been around for a while but has eluded me thus far. He must have felt bad for me because he landed in a tree not 15 yards from my window. I was so excited I could hardly hold the camera still but I managed to get some good exposures. I believe it is a Red-Tailed Hawk but please correct me if I'm wrong.

I sure am glad I washed my windows a couple weeks ago and took the screen off this morning!!

I forgot to mention that before he came to my tree he went after a squirrel but missed. Talk about a good shot. That would've been awesome to catch that image. It was cool to see though.

Hey Dukhnt,

I was home with a sick little girl today. In between tissues I was able to get a little shooting in. The birds were crazy all day.
