mcary
Was back visiting my folks this weekend and my father and I went to shoot some local geese (with the camera). We lucked out and found an otter fishing in the local creek. Unfortunately, I didn't have much luck getting him to stop and present his better side. I have a lot of rear end otter images, but I was able to get these few.
Dbl
Michael that first shot is great, what a pose! Really a nice series of shots.
finnbay
They are quick! Any otter photo is a good one as far as I'm concerned, but I like the first one the most.
Paul
I like the first shot also. Looks as if he is just noticing the camera as he swims by and is giving you a little grin, thinking to himself, if a few days I will be a famous online photograph.Nice shots all around. Steve Foss
Otters are tough, Michael. They never seem to stop moving. Nice work here and, like the others, I like No. 1 the best.
LPCrowRiverFisherman
I had a mink come up close to me on Sunday when I was fishing, camera wasn't in hand though. Would have been neat if it was, it caught 2 Crappies while I was there, just as many as I did.
hendenhook
I liked all three, the framing and composition just add to your shots. Sounds like you had them around for awhile, they are cool to see in action. Thanks for the post
Jim Almquist
Michael you can never seem to get wildlife to pose for you the way that you would like them to but you really did a great job on the Otters.
