Sleeping with the Enemy...........

Listening to Mike and Mike this morning on the way to work they were discussing whether or not you would want the enemy to play for your team. In my case that would involve the Randy Moss trade to the Packers. I was all for it, as in the words of Herm Edwards "you play to win the game". I feel that anyone who helps my team win is ok in my book. What do you guys think?

Moss would remember his two plays: 1. Go long; 2. Take play off.

What about the Vikes signing Darrin Sharper? Same principle, he was an "enemy" but now is a huge asset to our team.

Him and Longwell, but what about someone like Frank Thomas or Mark Buerhle coming to the Twins, Joe Sakic coming to the Wild, Carmello Anthony coming to the Timberwolves? Is it to a point now that superstars moving freely through the free agent market has changed our outlook on "hated" players? As a Red Sox fan, I would never want Jeter or A-Rod to come and play in Fenway.........shouldn't that be the same for all the teams I cheer for? I'm not sure it is.

I guess it's personal preference then. Think Favre coming to the Vikes that would be the ultimate for a Vikes Fan. But Stars follow the money, and owners just want to win they don't so much care about enemies and the like.

I wouldnt mind if jeter or arod played for the twins, I might even consider the cheater bonds, he wouldnt be my favorite player, but what the hay, the twins need all the help they can get!

Took plays off but by some miracle had better stats than every other WRs in the league over that period.

Seems like in NE he has to remember one different play: 1. Go long (still the same); 2. Score TD

Tom Brady seems to like having him there, probably Donte Stallworth and Wes Welker do too.

He is leading the league in Yards, Yards per game and shares the lead of recieving TDs. Must not be taking too many plays off as of late.
