Velvet Sunflowers

Here's a picture my dad took on his way to work this summer back in ND. He has been seeing this guy off and on and was lucky enough to get a long distance picture one morning.

I see the antlers (like the sunflowers) haven't quite ripened yet! It may be a long distance photo, but I think that adds to the composition. Almost looks like a "Where's Waldo"!

I love it. Deer spend so much time in the flowers out in N.D. that I think they'll turn yellow and green one of these days. Really nice composition.

Thanks. Most of the people who have seen this picture really like it, but I have to give credit to my dad who took it. He's always had the eye for spotting deer.

I cropped this photo for size purposes, but I can post the full sized pic too...probably just a link because it'd fill up the screen on the forum.
