Dan97 - MIA?

Hi all

Have any of you heard whats doing w/ Dan97?

If you recall, he lost his wife this summer to cancer. He was active in this forum and FM overall until the Sept/Oct timeframe, but since then he's disappeared. I shot him a private email, but no response at this time.

Heres the scoop w/ Dan...I was in the Cologne area today, and looked him up.

He is recovering from Cindy's death - he's been up in Alaska for a couple months - which is why he hasn't been seen around these parts. He has a gob of email to catch up on, but indicated he would be back on the forums soon.

Talked to Uncle Grump the other day and found out you were looking for me.... I had to take some time to clear my head a bit. But.... I'M BACK!!!! And with a new name to match my new outlook on life. Look for me now as "Moose-Hunter". And if you're wondering, nope. Nothing big enough to shoot. Oh well...

Good to see you back!! Even though I was a little worried about you (after having dropped off the face of the FM earth), I didn't feel like I knew you well enough to pry.
