Our beloved Purple and Gold are a shadow of their former selves, that's for sure.

Zygi and Brad Childress may have a plan and a strategy that will pay off in a year or two, but I can't see it happening. We either have a good offense or a good defense on this team, never both at the same time, and you need both units to be at least passably good to have a hope of a Super Bowl win.

I see Brad being canned after making us all suffer through another season of this (after the '08 season) and the team having to start all over again in '09.

If the pathetic play of the last couple weeks continues there will be TV blackouts anyway, so deciding whether to watch the Vikes or go hunting won't be an issue unless it's an away game.

What makes it even worse is that the hated Packers and the ever-annoying Bert Farv are steamrolling every team they face, and may just be the real deal. Man, I despise Farv, but I sure wish he had been a Viking all these years. We would probably have had 3 SB wins through the Cris Carter/ Randy Moss/ Robert Smith years with Bert at the helm.

If the games keep going the way they are I hope Brad doesnt make it to the end of the year. How can a big money O line be so inept. I dont care who you stick in at quarterback, we will lose with the way they are playing.

I wouldnt have given Brad the chance to come back this year.

But I dont know that much about the game.

I hope childress looses his job by the end of the year. A good coach should be able to make adjustments when needed, not stick to a game plan through the whole game. Detroit and KC both killed our offense by blitzing every down. You would think a few adjustments in the offensive scheme should be made?? Just my 2 Cents

Yeah it would be REAL bad without him...Christ I get absolutely sick of watching the opposing team just abandon the running game and complete pass after pass. We make every QB we play look like a pro bowler.
