Last in the League

Im sure most of you have seen or heard about it, but if not, ESPN reported that the VIKINGS have the worst QBS in the league. No experience, and lack of talent. Is this a suprise???

Experience yes but talent no. I think T. Jack has talent and should be given the time to develop.

Jackson is an exceptional athlete, with a very strong arm, good pocket presence, and heart for the game of football.

If certain people think he is a "poor" QB based on the last 2 games of the season last year, well...That isn't depicting a good story.

I remember a benched Williamson, Deactivated Robinson, dropped passes, broken routes, line malfunctions, etc etc.

This young NFL player has talent folks, and the attitude that makes Superstars out of "good" players.

T-Jack has my vote for starter.

I predict the Vikes to be 4-12 this season, Chester to be hurt early (maybe even preseason).

You can think T-Jack has all the talent in the world but that doesnt matter. Until we see it on the field you cant argue much with anyone who says the vikings have the worst QB situation around.

you take favre away from the packers brian griese away from bears jon kitna away from the lions there isnt much at all for experience in the division with the exception of favre there really is no proven talent neither at the qb position. sure some will say grossman took the bears to the superbowl well it sure wasnt because he was so talented.

I am getting Ticket this year just so I can watch Thee Best Coach, Mr. Brady, Maroney, Moss, and the PATRIOTS go 13-3 and win another Superbowl.

I would say the Vikings QB's haven't even had a chance yet. The Browns QB's have (besides Quinn) and I'd say they are the worst.

Well there you have it. Vikes quarterbacks aren't the worst, only second worst. Something to hang your hat on.

I dont think it is fair to judge them, untill they have had a chance to play. Unproven- YES. Worst- maybe, but cant tell yet, I will answer this in the end of october.

Yeah maybe so but if you had a banged up geriatric ward for an offensive line with absolutely no depth like we had last year Montana would have looked just as bad back if not worse back there.

Charlie Frye is one tough mutha and his completion percentage was respectable. Now that Dropcutt, Dennis Northcutt is gone and the remake of the offensive line I'm predicting a change for the positive in Cleveland.

It starts in the trenches and the upgrades and training camp battles will determine how much time Charlie has fleeing or orchestrating. We have depth on the O-line now even without Le Charles Bentley.

Last season

Schaeffer, Andruzzi retired(turnstyle), Fraley (only solid guy we had and that's coming in to the middle of the season, Cosey Coleman retired, Tucker missed most of the season (mental)

Now

Shaffer Steinbach Fraley McKinney Tucker

Now if Joe Thomas beats out Shaffer they could very easily slide Shaffer to RT and move Tucker into RG if McKinney is not the same after coming back from his injury.

With Matua and Sowells as back up guards and the versatility of Lennie Friedman I'd say right there is the most important thing that we have added that we never had since they came back and that's depth.

Jamal Lewis upgrade compared to Reuben 1st half Droughns.

Kellen Winslow II, Braylon Edwards, Joe Jurevicious and I 'm looking for Travis Wilson to step up this season too.

They will be a little slow getting started because of the new offense with Chud there but by no means will this team be another 4-12 team.

As fars the QB goes the Browns are right in the middle as far as who's starting, my nod goes to Frye right now but Derek Anderson has looked the best in OTA's but then again everyone looks good in shorts., when they put the pads on and start hitting I think Frye will shine. Brady Quinn will not be a factor (holdout guaranteed) so he will be behind the 8 ball. My main concern is getting the Joe Thomas deal done soon he's the most critical. Dorsey will never be anything but a clipboard specialist.
