Hi Dan, Check with the guys from Midwest Rod and Reel. There rods are exceptional. I think that their rods are some of the best I've had the chance to see. They are a great company to work with, very nice owners.

Check out Lakelady Rods. They are located in Breezy Point I believe. Very nice rods but not cheap.

I had one made a couple years ago by Rod Engel. Scoot, from this site, is Rod's son. It is by far the best rod I have ever used. I would highly recommend at least giving him a call and talking with him. He is a good guy and very easy to work with and can help you get set up with what you are looking for. He is up around the Crookston area and I believe he spends some time up on LOW.

He builds on Diamondback, St Croix and others.

Great craftsmanship and a very resonable price. Great guy to deal with as well
