ocf- on the contrair!... I dont dare talk any trash this year...I havn't been to waconia in over 25 years.. I was like 10 years old and didn't care all that much about fishing the last time I fished the lake.

The guys to beat will be bass-n-spear and brother...

Now the next tournament on Big Marine.. I will start the trash talking.. LOL

I might be wrong but i think me and Daze Off fished a tournament a few years back on it... I'm glad (nothing personal) he wont be there because we caught some big fish that day. smile.gif

Wow! Deitz, you are my man.

That there makes the event worth showing up for in itself. I really dig Rod Balancers and have used them on heavier poles for years. Thanks to JB Lures and Nature Vision for generously providing product as well.

As always, Deitz, I appreciate what you're doing for this event and all of your work here at FM.

There was a little off-line discussion about the "Deitz Dollar" being put up. Well, I don't know if that's fair to the guy when it's many against a couple. But how about this, we do a little East vs. West for a dollar.

I know the boats of Deitz, Me, Bob Bennett, Jeff Auddette, and Bob Downey could be considered East. Let's make Jason Shade, Scott Shipley, Chris Neisses, Isaac Karow, and Jim Nordlund the West team. We can do a everyone throw in a dollar bet for total pounds of each regional team. The winning team can split up the losing team's dollars.

Sound good?

Sounds good to me, as long as nobody on our West Side team starts acting like Byron Velvick and his "Wesssttt Siiiidddee" comments. smile.gif

Look forward to meeting everyone. Took a youngster out to Waconia last week and we had a pretty tough day for "Wack on ya". Did get a 37" Muskie however. My 2nd ever. She hit my crankbait as it broke the surface after bringing it up from under the boat. She same out from under the boat when she hit. I screamed like a little girl my young back seater told me. smile.gif
