It seems that the posts in regards to Gordon versus Earnhardt do nothing but start trouble. Could we please refrain from debating who might be the better of the two as it always turns into a problem.

We are all here to have fun and enjoy this forum and we should all try to get along together.

Are you talking wins or personality? Nope, not a Gordo fan but the books are there and the proof is in the writing. The #3 most likely would have produced many more wins had he not met an untimely end. I liked the way he raced and it got me interested in the sport. Right now as far as active drivers go Gordo is looking at the Hall of Fame at some point in his future. Earnhardts legend, and he'll forever be a part of racing. Hard to be a legend, even if it is mostly memories....Thanks Dale! Your integrity and grit are missed!
