Boy does this hurt. I completely forgot about changing my lineup before I left for the Sturgeon gathering this past weekend. Excuse me while I bang my head in the door a few dozen times on this boo-boo.

I tried to change my lineup thursday afternoon and couldn't guess the lesson is for me is change it on mondays just in case!

Same thing here! Luckily I had gordon, johnson, hamlin, martin, and k bush to pick from!! Some of my best weeks last year where the weeks that I spaced changing my lineup.

Just so you all know, I am sandbagging on my picks to make that dramatic come from behind pass on Harvey Lee late in the race..... at least that is the dream I keep having!

I was busy catching the strongest fish in MN waters this past weekend which was the sturgeon! However, on Saturday we had our best day of catching fish and watching Gordon win the race was just icing on the cake! Oh, and giving a little hoot & holler towards Harvey Lee's cabin after he won was fun too.

I heard you hoot & Holler Eric. I was a little worried when the caution came out late in the race while gordo was in the pits. He got lucky and didnt go down a lap and I was happy about that since I had him picked in my A pool. Kurt Busch also had a good run going, but he wasnt quite as lucky as gordo and he went down 1.

muc33, I wouldn't wait to long to go to the top or be concern about passing me as I may just fall to the bottom.

You may pass me while I'm falling down soon. Little to no chance of winning back to back years as there are to many good players to let that happen. That mnfishingguy keeps hanging right at the top and I can see he is going to be a problem for sure along with some others.

It was all in fun & games. Tom & I spoke a little while during the race and we both know who our favorite drivers are. I'd make one suggestion though.....come up and join everyone next year for the '08 Sturgeon Excursion! It is a b-l-a-s-t!!!! You get to meet some really great people up there like Harvey Lee, Marine Man and Papa Bump...errrr....I mean Papa Grump. Along with other FM NASCAR fans.

Ok, now to add some insult to injury for good ole Harvey Lee...... Did you see how many points he leads the league by?????!!!!!!!!! Ouch, that hurts even worse!!

I wound up having to keep last weeks drivers too. Didn't realize qualifying was on Thursday night until it was too late.

The Sturgeon Excursion does sound pretty fun. I'll have to try & make it up one of these years.

Wow!!! after setting my lineup two weeks ago and not checking i did pretty well (661pts) I think I may be developing a my new strategy. now im just hoping that the real racing season goes this well.
