Prices of mounts?

I have a small duck , buffy , I should get mounted and was wondering what is a range of prices from a good tax.

I paid about $170 for a wood duck 2 years ago. 4 season taxidermy in New Ulm. Pat does great work

Want to say my last one was in the 220 range. Have all my work done in the Spicer area. Hate to guess what quality work would run here in the metro. Obviously, don't let price alone dictate who does your work. Birds will keep a long time in the freezer until you have the $ for quality work that you will enjoy looking at for years.

Get out of the metro and the prices will drop significantly...and sometimes the quality will go up to! Check around for prices and quality. I have had some impressive mounts completed for 100 bucks believe it or not! Good luck!

I'm from Fergus Falls.. around here they usually charge 125-150.. I recently had a Buffy done 2 years ago and it looks awesome..

Where do you go to get that done? I'd like to give that person a call the next time i shoot a Specklebelly.

just got my woodduck back and the price was 150. and then the driftwood hes standing on was 20 bucks for a total of 170.00 make sure to check for those little extras when talking to a taxidermist so theres no problems when its finished.

i brought two wood ducks into a guy in superior and to have them mounted on a wood duck house it was 200.00
