What would be the best tool to cut this product? Thanks

I did some ceramic flooring this winter and used hardiboard for a backer. I used a dry cut diamond blade in a skil saw. It worked fine, but sure did create clouds of dust.

Sharp utility knife. Make a few scores, and snap just like drywall.

I use a carbide tipped scoring tool. They sell them at the big box stores. Score them a few times and then you can snap the board. Sawing works great but do it outside and wear a mask.

Cicular saw with a masonary blade fine cuts. score with knife snap rough cuts.

Have you researched Dens Shield at all? It has pros and cons but is basically fiberglass added drywall with a rubber face. Major plus is it cuts just like dryall, very simple to install.

not sure what its called its an electric drill with an alagator looking mouth on it, and the bottom jaw "chews" and pinchs, making the cut, works good, but like i said not sure what its called

Score W/Utility knife and crack. Or, saw with anything else and blow gray snot for the next 2 days.

The skill saw will work fine. You'll want to wear breathing protection as there will be lots of dust and the stuff is an irritant at best. Otherwise a utility knife with the score and snap appoach or the hand saw will work. It's much easier to work with than Durock.
