My sister in law used to have a kids perfume when she was a kid called Tinker Bell perfume and she used to put it on her bait. Then she used to say the following when she would put her bait into the water: Fishy fishy in the brook, come and bite my little hook. Fishy fishy in the lake, please don't be a water snake!

Not sure if that helped her catch any fish but she is in her 30's now with kids of her own and she is still a fishing machine!
