illuminator jigs

has anyone had any success with these new jigs?

I haven't been able to get any yet, but they really looked like the real deal.

I bought 8 of them with friend. We are disappointed with them. Only 5 of the 8 worked. I have not fished them alot but so far I have not caught anything on them.

Fishnbear or anyone that has bought the new Illuminator jigs. As with any new product you are about to find a defective one here and there. I know they will replace any defective ones. Send me a email and I will tell you how to get replacements. Yes they are legal in Minnesota its in the fishing rule book.

I put em down on a rattle reels over night several times and havent had much luck.

They did produce on Red but the walleyes up there bite on any thing. Pesky Walleyes...

Yeah, was just on their HSOforum-and they are sold in Minnesota, so you can bet they are legal. Is Cabelas ever going to stock them, anyone know?

I didn't have any luck with them up at the Lotw last weekend.

One of the 2 I bought didn't work.

they had a thing at the ice fishing show and to me they look a little cheezy. and they were quite expensive.

i felt they were really big for the amount of weight. they have to find a way to get the size down and increase the weight. i would really like to try them in the stained waters of the old miss, but lake pepin would be the only place to try becasuse the current would wash them to new orleans beforefore they reached the bottom

Have yet to catch anything on them. Do you think it has anything to do with the harsh chemical smell coming off them?

Does anyone know what the smallest size they are offered in is? I saw them at Thorne and they looked like huge 1 oz. walleye jigs. I'm looking for somethign small for crappies or even gills.

I dunno...jigs that don't work, jigs that don't catch fish, harsh chemical smell. Maybe I won't be spending those big bucks for this jig...
