Lake Alice
I was going to say Patton. What's the line, "I'm a prima donna, just like Monty, but at least I admit it"?
Lake Alice
The movie is based on the Hampton Sides book Ghost Soldiers, I believe. Read the book, it's great.

eyepatrol
RobertELee....I saw that one a month or two ago. I enjoyed it. My fav's.... First and foremost has to be Band of Brothers. Simply awesome. Interviews with the actual people is priceless too. Ya gotta give a lot of love and respect for those guys (and for anyone who has been in war). Tora Tora Tora is another good one. Really like Midway. Turning point on the war in the Pacific! We Were Soldiers is powerful too. Oh yeah...can't forget about Saving Private Ryan either! I really enjoy the WWII movies. My grandpa was in Europe and I ALWAYS enjoy hearing his stories.
Black_Bay
I don't know if it was a big screen movie or a tv movie but I really liked Gettysburg. Martin Sheen was kind of hard to believe as General Lee but he wasn't too bad. The whole idea of friends and family knowing they were shooting at eachother is hard to get my mind around. pine329
Heart Break Ridge with Clint Eastwood. My favorite line, improvise, adapt and overcome, reminds me a lot of fishing. Also, Midway, Patton, We were Soldiers, Dirty Dozen, And Tora, Tora, Tora
