Windy, you never even responded to my Twins/White Sox Division title avatar bet... confused.gif lets see, Chicago is the home team and the greatest team ever in the NFC this year so how many points are you giving to my sub .500 Vikes? I'd assume about 14 points as you seem overly, err I mean normally confidant.

I was just giving you a little of the ole "Eddie Haskell" there, you know, the business as Wally used to tell the Beav. You would not look good with a Pale Hose ring on your avatar for the week anyway. You might have a shot if ole Rex gets a little of the "Farve" in him and starts forcing passes where they don't belong. If the Vikes hit the lotto (Pick 6) on Rex then they might have a shot at the upset. We shall see. I will give you a pass on the avatar bet and we will call it even, maybe we can talk next April when the horsehide starts getting tossed around again!

Thanks for the pass, I don't think the bears will be able to run on us and they may not even try... but if it's the same old Grosman, the Bears may be in trouble.... We should have won the first game, deny it all you Bears fans want... maybe we can steal this one.

The Vikes are not playing well this year and yet the last time they met this year they still almost and should have beat Da Bears. I know they are in Chicago,but I would not bet a plug nickle on this one.In the Black and blue division,anything can happen at any time.

GO VIKES. smile.gifIt might not be long before they put Griese in if Da Bears loose.The Vikes will need to have a great defense Sunday as I dont think they will put to many points on the board.

The Queens are big boys. This is the NFL, where any team can beat any other team on any given Sunday. The Queens should have beat the Bears the first time around. They have the same number of players on their team as the Bears.

Straight up, my man. That's the only way to make a bet. Mano y mano! Nobody talked about giving the White Sox a three run lead to start the games against the Twinks.

This is not sour grapes, just an observation... The bears suck! That offense is sooo bad it's amazing that Devin Hester can bail them out everyweek!! Not to mention playing teams with no QB... they will lose in the playoffs at home in front of a bunch of cold azz fans.

Bring on the Tavaris Jackson era! Oh and the Brian Griese era.

Both teams suck, what a joke! If it wasn't for da bears defense the helpless vikings might of won! Man talk about turnovers! Penalties! Have you ever seen a team back right out of a given scoring chance like the queens do?

Vikings really blew it on those back-to-back interceptions...they had a chance, but alas, the Bear D came through again. Good for them.

About the only good thing the Bears have going from this lack of offense is that there is no way they can be overconfident going into the playoffs - but they will still lose....

and then I just might make one of those avatar bets with Windy.

PS Switched my allegiance from GB to Romo and the Cowboys (although I do not root for Owens at all)

Thanks for "man-ing up", and that ring looks good on you, a little small but hey its a start. As for the Bears, I can't say that I disagree with anything anybody is saying when it comes to "Gross-Man" and the offense but the defense is something special. They may be a 7-5 team in 10-2 clothing but the defense is a 24-0 team in 10-2 clothing. They have single handedly won almost every game this year and if they are not doing it then it is the special teams.

I think the Bears have to start Greise for the next few games if nothing else but to allow him to get into the swing of things before the playoffs. The Bears will most assuradly have home field throughout the playoffs so there will be a few games in similiar conditions to that of yesterday, cold and high wind and Griese is the player to have in the game for those conditions, controlled passing take what the defense allows. Then after they make it to the big dance and the weather is warm and sunny in Miami then let ole Rexxy do his thing with his 40 yard bombs to Berrian and the Moose. But until that time, I am putting in a double order of Maalox and Jack Daniels. Strap on the seat belt cause the roller coaster is just getting started.

Pier, enjoy yourself and have a few Tecate's on me!
